We recently switched our payroll processing vendor to The Payroll Factory from ADP.

We were dissatisfied with ADP because they had created dozens of major errors when they converted us from the PC Payroll product to their Internet-based EasyPayNet product several months ago. Based upon our previous experiences with ADP, I was particularly concerned about how successful your conversion might be.

As it turns out, I could not possibly have been more satisfied with the thoroughness and personal attention provided to us by Cathy. Our first payroll appears to be 100% error free.

In addition, I dreaded processing our payrolls because ADP's product was so cumbersome to use. Today, Cathy called to remind me to process our next payroll. I gave her the necessary information in less than a minute. With ADP, this process took at least 30 minutes.

Based on the successful conversion and the ease of payroll processings, I have been delighted by your service.

I needed to call in my payroll early this past pay period because I was of to pick up a dream car and drive it back across country. They must have been thinking about me. They called me to ask about the car right after I got back! Just another typical experience when dealing with The Payroll Factory.

After spending a few unhappy years with another payroll service we switched to The Payroll Factory out of frustion. Today, one of the few things that does not frustrate me is doing payroll. I am in charge of the Payroll for both Garrison Law Offices and The Center Foundation, a non-profit foundation that shares the same office space. Not once did the folks at The Payroll Factory get the entities confused, even when we had someone that worked for both.

The Payroll Factory is always punctual and accurate and accommodating to special needs, as above. Talking to them is always a pleasure; they are friendly and go out of their way to insure a quality product. They really care.

A while back I had some trouble with our State payroll taxes. I called The Payroll Factory and they "took care of it." It was simple.
