General Ledger Reporting
Clients supply us with their chart of accounts. We provide detailed and summary reports to prepare the journal entries needed to be made for each payroll. Reports are produced with each payroll cycle, monthly, quarterly or annually.

Payroll Debit Card
Each pay period, an employee's wages are electronically placed in their personal debit card account. Using their Access Card, they may make purchases at stores, or make withdrawals at ATMs wherever Visa is accepted. Visa branded debit card saves employees check-cashing fees, as well as reduces wire transfer fees.

Detailed breakdown of each department showing Gross to Net figures are provided.

Vacation and Sick Accruals
We accrue vacation and sick time based on flat amounts or percentages. The available balances are reported on each employee's check stub. We also provide the employer with a report showing time accrued, taken and available balances.

401 (k) Reporting via Diskette
Many 401(k) services require deferral information to be reported electronically. The Payroll Factory works directly with your provider to calculate the information to be submitted via diskette.
